How can we be in the world, in deep experience of connectedness? 

How can we listen to what is needed, but not be crushed by the sorrow that we see?

Is there still room for joy and vitality?

This workshop will bring embodiment to the practice of meditation and allow for our presence in full vitality and joyful exploration. We will explore being rooted in ourselves, while listening and open to what is calling us in the world.

Using improvisation and reflection we explore a way of practicing that does not withdraw from the world, but allows us to be alive in the midst of sorrow and joy. We can find ways to participate and offer ourselves.

This course is open to all, and does not need previous experience in movement or meditation. The fee is on a sliding scale of between £95/145/190 (low, medium, good income). If you are able to contribute more, you will help someone else take part, who is unable to do so. Please contact us, if it is not possible for you to give that.
