Zoom Gathering (monthly)

Details

PLEASE NOTE, this will be on the 2nd Monday in December!

This is the final opportunity to meet and connect through embodied exercises which support our practice and meditation. Having met for two years, on a Monday of each month, this programme will hibernate for a bit - and mybe we will meet again in the spring of next year. So we shall explore 'Endings': the end of this, the end of the year, and all the many things that are ending for us - personally or collectively - in this world.

How to let go, and be present with that?

We will explore qualities of openness and a sense of space, that is present and can give us stability, even when times are uncertain - just as movement is there, even within restriction. Though isolated at times, we can experience that we and the world – other people and all of nature – are deeply connected and movement and engaging face to face can really help and heal us after this time.

Please register for the meeting here. Once you have booked I will send a Zoom link.

Schedule - all events are Mondays, 6.30 - 8.30 pm, UK time:

3 January: Moving into the New

7 February: Growing gently - or in bursts! ...playing with Interruptions

7 March: Expect the Unexpected - looking from new perspectives

4 April: Distance and Connectedness: a dance of meeting and separation

2 May: Dance of Cherry Blossoms

6 June: Looking for Wild Hearts

1 August: Relax... take it easy

5 September: Completeness

7 November:  Change is on its way

12 December:  Endings

"To be hopeful means to be uncertain about the future, to be tender toward possibilities, to be dedicated to change all the way down to the bottom of your heart." Rebecca Solnit

The event is run on the basis of donation. Your donation is welcome and needed - you can give something here. I would like to share what I can without thinking of money, but I have no independent means of support, so I rely on your generosity here. I suggest a contribution of between £10 and £15, if you can give that. I will not turn anyone away for lack of funds. You can also help by telling more people about this!

Please register with the button at the top or contact me here, also with any questions.
