Openness, space and interconnectedness are present even when times are uncertain. This is the theme of improvisation: being in the unknown, and allowing ourselves to be moved not by our personal intention, but responding to life as it presents itself, now.

This is something we all had to learn in different ways, during this time of the pandemic: how is connection, joy, intimacy possible - through a digital medium?

In this workshop we will engage in movement and meditation, with a sense of curiosity, discovery and kindly interest. We will meet, dance, sit and enjoy surprising depths and laughs in Playing in the Now.

Using improvisation and connecting (and yes, online this is possible!) we can practice relating to each other in new ways, re-learning what contact  means.... and find new ways to meet, be-with, allowing flow, and letting others, nature, diversity and life flow through us.

This workshop has now moved online and will run from 11am - 1pm & 3 - 5pm (UK time). You are welcome to join from anywhere in the world. Previous experience is not needed.

To participate please donate generously (suggested is around £40)

Please book directly with the Nottingham Buddhist Centre, or contact me with any questions:
