Play of Now: Who am I?

How can we experience ourselves and the world together by letting both be alive and dynamic with infinite possibilities? Can we live in a way that is open to what is here, allow ourselves and the world to reveal themselves, rather than be determined according to some template, idea or opinion? 

How can we experience ourselves in an embodied way, in ordinary interaction, and in our spiritual practice?

Using improvisation and reflection we explore a way of practicing that does not withdraw from the world, but allows us to be alive in the midst of it. We can find ways to participate and offer ourselves.
